Description
Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a quick and flavorful twist on classic cheeseburgers, wrapped in soft crescent dough with a savory garlic butter glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 1/4 cup ketchup
 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
 - Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in ketchup and mustard, cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
 - Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some shredded cheddar cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
 - Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
 - Place rollups on the prepared baking sheet.
 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over the rollups.
 - Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
 
Notes
- Use pre-cooked ground beef to save time.
 - You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor.
 - Great for dipping in ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
