Description

Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a quick and flavorful twist on classic cheeseburgers, wrapped in soft crescent dough with a savory garlic butter glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in ketchup and mustard, cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some shredded cheddar cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
  7. Place rollups on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over the rollups.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked ground beef to save time.
  • You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor.
  • Great for dipping in ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
