Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, tossing to coat evenly.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes without moving, until golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and garlic to the pan.
  6. Stir continuously for about 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted and coats the chicken.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve immediately with optional lemon wedges.
