Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, tossing to coat evenly.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes without moving, until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and garlic to the pan.
- Stir continuously for about 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted and coats the chicken.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with optional lemon wedges.
