Description
Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are a quick and flavorful dinner made with tender chunks of chicken breast sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, they’re easy to make and pair well with a variety of sides.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into 3/4-inch cubes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add half of the chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3 minutes until browned, then turn and cook through, about 2-3 minutes more. Transfer to a plate.
- Repeat with remaining chicken using the remaining 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.
- Reduce heat to medium. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in the skillet, then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Return all chicken to skillet and toss with garlic butter. Add in remaining 1/2 Tbsp butter and stir until melted.
- Garnish with parsley if using, and serve warm.
Notes
- Cut chicken into evenly sized pieces for even cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook in batches for best browning.
- Use fresh garlic for maximum flavor.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or steamed veggies for a complete meal.
