Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are a quick and flavorful dinner made with tender chunks of chicken breast sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, they’re easy to make and pair well with a variety of sides.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into 3/4-inch cubes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add half of the chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3 minutes until browned, then turn and cook through, about 2-3 minutes more. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Repeat with remaining chicken using the remaining 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in the skillet, then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Return all chicken to skillet and toss with garlic butter. Add in remaining 1/2 Tbsp butter and stir until melted.
  7. Garnish with parsley if using, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Cut chicken into evenly sized pieces for even cooking.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook in batches for best browning.
  • Use fresh garlic for maximum flavor.
  • Serve with rice, pasta, or steamed veggies for a complete meal.
