Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (about 4 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange fillets in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
