Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  5. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the steak to absorb the flavors.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
