Description
Tender, juicy steak bites sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce, delivering bold flavor in every bite. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or satisfying low-carb meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the steak to absorb the flavors.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure a proper sear; cook in batches if necessary.
- Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness: 130–135°F for medium-rare, 140–145°F for medium.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
