Description
These Garlic Cheese Balls are crispy on the outside, cheesy and gooey on the inside, and packed with garlic flavor. Perfect as an appetizer or snack, they are easy to make and guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (10 count)
- 10 cubes mozzarella cheese (1-inch)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a mozzarella cube in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough around the cheese cube, pinching the edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the sealed side down in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic paste, parsley, and red chili flakes.
- Brush the butter mixture over the dough balls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, brush with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm with optional marinara dipping sauce.

- Use string cheese or block mozzarella cut into cubes for easy prep.
- Ensure dough is well sealed to prevent cheese leakage during baking.
