Description

Garlic Cheese Bombs are delicious, cheesy, buttery bites made with biscuit dough, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly.
  3. Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams to seal and rolling into a ball.
  5. Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over each dough ball.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use string cheese as an alternative to mozzarella cubes.
  • Try adding pepperoni or herbs inside for extra flavor.
  • Best served fresh and warm for the gooey cheese effect.
