Ingredients

- 6 garlic cloves (minced or grated)
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: parsley or chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant, without browning.
- Stir in the flour and cook for another 30 seconds to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the cream to avoid lumps.
- Simmer the mixture for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Remove from heat and serve warm, optionally garnished with herbs.
