Description
These Garlic Mushrooms are sautéed in a delicious blend of garlic, butter, and herbs, making them a perfect side dish or topping for steak, chicken, or pasta.
Ingredients
- 16 oz baby bella mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and cook without stirring for about 5 minutes to allow them to brown.
- Stir the mushrooms and continue to cook for another 4–5 minutes until they are golden and tender.
- Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, then cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

- For best browning, avoid overcrowding the skillet.
- You can substitute baby bella mushrooms with white button mushrooms if needed.
