Description

These Garlic Mushrooms are sautéed in a delicious blend of garlic, butter, and herbs, making them a perfect side dish or topping for steak, chicken, or pasta.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz baby bella mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook without stirring for about 5 minutes to allow them to brown.
  3. Stir the mushrooms and continue to cook for another 4–5 minutes until they are golden and tender.
  4. Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, then cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For best browning, avoid overcrowding the skillet.
  • You can substitute baby bella mushrooms with white button mushrooms if needed.
  • This dish pairs well with steak, chicken, or as a topping for toast or pasta.
