Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a savory, cheesy, and easy-to-make snack. Packed with seasoned beef, gooey mozzarella cheese, and a golden garlic-Parmesan crust, they’re perfect for game days, parties, or a quick dinner.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

  • Let the beef cool slightly. Separate and flatten the biscuit dough into small circles.

  • Place a few mozzarella cubes and a spoonful of beef in the center of each biscuit.

  • Fold the biscuit edges over the filling and pinch to seal.

  • Mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley. Dip each bomb into the butter mixture and place on the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  1. To make these ahead of time, assemble them and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  2. For extra flavor, add crumbled cooked bacon or spicy jalapeños to the beef mixture.
