Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
-
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
-
Let the beef cool slightly. Separate and flatten the biscuit dough into small circles.
-
Place a few mozzarella cubes and a spoonful of beef in the center of each biscuit.
-
Fold the biscuit edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
-
Mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley. Dip each bomb into the butter mixture and place on the baking sheet.
-
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- To make these ahead of time, assemble them and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- For extra flavor, add crumbled cooked bacon or spicy jalapeños to the beef mixture.
