Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites are juicy, tender chunks of chicken breast coated in a flavorful garlic and Parmesan butter sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner or crowd-pleasing appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks and place in a large bowl.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet.
  6. Add butter and garlic to the empty side of the skillet. Stir and cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Toss the chicken in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
