Description
These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites are juicy, tender chunks of chicken breast coated in a flavorful garlic and Parmesan butter sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner or crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks and place in a large bowl.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet.
- Add butter and garlic to the empty side of the skillet. Stir and cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss the chicken in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
- Don’t overcrowd the skillet—cook in batches if necessary.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or a green salad for a complete meal.
