Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pastel chocolate eggs
- 1/2 cup M&M candies
- 1/2 cup dairy free butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 large egg (at room temperature)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten free flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, pastel eggs, and M&M candies.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 24–27 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edges and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Swap candies with nuts, dark chocolate chunks, or white chocolate chips for variation.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top after baking for added richness.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate up to 5 days.
