Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pan over medium heat.
