Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups plant milk (almond, soy, oat or coconut)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Maple syrup, date paste or brown sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the rolled oats, plant milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper to a pan and bring gently to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
  3. Stir in your preferred sweetener to taste.
  4. Pour into a bowl, add toppings like berries, mango, or seeds, and serve warm.
