Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar of choice
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Melt the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Whisk the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar into the melted chocolate until fully combined and glossy.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix until just incorporated.
- Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth and thick. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
