Description

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2–3 tablespoons water (to thin)
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic to a bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Adjust thickness by adding more or less water depending on use.
- Substitute dill with parsley or chives for variation.
- Great as a dip or sauce for grilled meats and vegetables.
