Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 350°F (175°C).
