Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the tail fin.
- Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat and lift it slightly out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
- Brush the lobster meat with olive oil or melted butter.
- Sprinkle with minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Place the lobster tails meat-side up on the grill.
- Grill for 5–6 minutes, then turn and cook for another 2–3 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly charred.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with extra lemon wedges or garlic butter if desired.
Notes
- Spice it up with red pepper flakes or cayenne for a kick.
- Add herbs like dill or thyme to the butter for extra flavor.
- Swap lemon for lime and use soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil for an Asian twist.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan in the last minute for a cheesy finish.
- Add lemon or orange zest for a citrusy brightness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Reheat wrapped in foil in a 300°F oven for 10–12 minutes; avoid microwaving.
