Description

These Grilled Ranch Chicken Wraps are packed with flavor and perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. Tender grilled chicken, creamy ranch dressing, melted cheddar cheese, and fresh tomatoes are wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and grilled to golden perfection. Easy to make and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 6 flour tortilla wraps (8 inches)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the hot skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  2. Remove from heat and let the chicken cool. Slice into strips.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat on a surface. Spread ranch dressing down the center of each.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced tomatoes, and the sliced chicken strips.
  5. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold the sides over the filling to form wraps.
  6. If needed, add a little oil or cooking spray to the skillet. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Press down and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  7. Serve immediately or store wrapped for later.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding lettuce or avocado to your wraps.
  • You can also make these wraps on a grill pan or outdoor grill for an added smoky flavor.
  • To make these wraps a bit spicier, try adding a pinch of chili powder or hot sauce.
