These Grilled Ranch Chicken Wraps are packed with flavor and perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. Tender grilled chicken, creamy ranch dressing, melted cheddar cheese, and fresh tomatoes are wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and grilled to golden perfection. Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 6 flour tortilla wraps (8 inches)
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the hot skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken cool. Slice into strips.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a surface. Spread ranch dressing down the center of each.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced tomatoes, and the sliced chicken strips.
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold the sides over the filling to form wraps.
- If needed, add a little oil or cooking spray to the skillet. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Press down and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately or store wrapped for later.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding lettuce or avocado to your wraps.
- You can also make these wraps on a grill pan or outdoor grill for an added smoky flavor.
