8 oz egg noodles (quick-cooking)

1 teaspoon paprika
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-
1 cup beef broth
-
1/2 cup sour cream
-
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
-
Add ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
-
Stir in paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
-
Add egg noodles and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese (if using), and mix until creamy and well combined.
-
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
-
You can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
-
Add frozen peas or steamed broccoli for extra veggies.

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
-
