- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey

- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sriracha, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Set the sauce aside.

- Remove from heat, top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if using. Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- Use any combination of vegetables you have on hand.
- Adjust sriracha to taste for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
