Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices beef bacon or turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the thawed hash browns, olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Press the hash brown mixture evenly onto the pizza pan to form a crust, making sure to build up the edges slightly.
- Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the crust.
- Crack the eggs evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle with the cooked beef or turkey bacon and the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to your preference.
