Description

A tropical, no-bake dessert made with pineapple, coconut, marshmallows, and whipped topping—perfect for potlucks or summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add the sweetened shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, and drained pineapple tidbits to the bowl. Stir gently to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Transfer the pineapple coconut fluff mixture to a serving dish or individual dessert cups.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, optionally garnish with maraschino cherries for a pop of color.
