Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1/2 cup almond butter
 - 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
 - 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
 - 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, and salt.
 - Add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the bowl.
 - Mix everything together thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
 - Fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
 - Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes to make it easier to roll.
 - Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls using your hands (about 1 inch in diameter).
 - Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
