Description

This Healthy Chicken Caesar Salad with Fries is a high-protein twist on the classic Caesar, made without mayo or dairy, featuring juicy air-fried chicken, crispy potato fries, and a creamy, wholesome dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 large russet potato, cut into fries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 150g)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for chicken)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for chicken)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 romaine heart, chopped
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for dressing)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Water to thin if needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  2. Season chicken breast with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and pepper. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through, flipping halfway. Let rest and slice.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, hummus, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Add water to thin the dressing if needed.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, sliced chicken, and fries.
  5. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently to combine. Top with parmesan if using.
