Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the chopped strawberries, yogurt, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Spoon small clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate or spoon the chocolate over the tops.
- Return the clusters to the parchment-lined sheet and freeze again for 10-15 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
- Store in the freezer until ready to serve.

- Use dairy-free yogurt and dairy-free chocolate chips to make this recipe vegan.
