Description

Healthy chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters made with fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and a smooth chocolate coating. These easy no-bake treats are naturally sweetened and perfect for a refreshing snack or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the chopped strawberries, yogurt, and maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Spoon small clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate or spoon the chocolate over the tops.
  7. Return the clusters to the parchment-lined sheet and freeze again for 10-15 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
  8. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free yogurt and dairy-free chocolate chips to make this recipe vegan.
  • Keep clusters stored in the freezer and let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  • You can substitute raspberries or blueberries for a different flavor variation.
  • For extra sweetness, use vanilla-flavored yogurt.
