Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (around 300g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 4 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp harissa paste
- ¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 large carrot, grated
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat evenly.
- Sprinkle cornflour over the chicken and mix to coat each piece.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, mix the Greek yogurt and harissa paste in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds to soften.
- Assemble the wraps: spread the harissa yogurt sauce, add lettuce, carrot, onion, and the crispy chicken.
- Fold and roll the wraps tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking chicken.
- Customize with your favorite veggies like cucumber or tomato.
- Use wholemeal wraps for a healthier option.
- The harissa yogurt can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 3 days.
