Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado. Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, avocado, black beans, red onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently toss until evenly mixed and well coated.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Notes

- Chickpeas or kidney beans can be used instead of black beans.
