Ingredients

- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Prepare a heart-shaped silicone mold by placing lollipop sticks in place and setting it on a flat surface.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Stop stirring and let the mixture boil until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage) on a candy thermometer.
