  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon culinary dried lavender, finely ground
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
