Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, parsley, chives, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
