Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (140g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 30g light mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 15g parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Spray oil or a small amount of olive oil for cooking
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
