Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add the vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and milk, then mix until a soft dough forms.
