Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Fresh berries or mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Start by softening the ice cream flavors of your choice (vanilla, chocolate, and fruit sorbet) by leaving them out at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving some excess hanging over the edges for easy removal later.
- Layer the ice cream flavors in the prepared loaf pan, starting with one flavor at a time. Begin with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, followed by chocolate ice cream, and then fruit sorbet. Press each layer down gently to remove air pockets.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers evenly over the chocolate layer for added texture.
- Repeat the layering process until all the ice cream is used up, finishing with a final layer of sorbet.
- Cover the top of the terrine with the overhanging plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To serve, remove the terrine from the loaf pan and peel off the plastic wrap. Slice into thick slices, drizzle with melted chocolate if desired, and garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves.
