Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 1–2 cups water (adjust based on desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and chopped (optional)
- Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the pineapple into small chunks.
- Place the pineapple chunks in a blender. Add ginger if using.
- Pour in 1 to 2 cups of water, depending on how thick you want the juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a large bowl or jug to remove the pulp.
- Taste the juice and add sugar or honey if desired, then stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice.

- You can freeze leftover juice in ice cube trays for later use in smoothies or drinks.
