Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce and honey. Pour over cooked chicken in the skillet.
- Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Serve chicken over cooked white rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
