Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey until well combined.
  3. Add the pecans to the honey butter mixture and stir until the pecans are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pecans are golden and fragrant. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
