Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
