- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or date paste
- 1 1/2 cups your favorite milk (such as oat milk)
- 1–2 shots espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee (optional)
- Ice
- Store-bought cream or homemade coconut whipped cream
- Cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, maple syrup or date paste, milk, and espresso or coffee (if using) to a blender.
- Blend for 10–15 seconds until fully combined and smooth.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
- Top with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, and an extra dash of pumpkin spice if desired.
Notes
- Use decaf coffee or skip espresso entirely for a caffeine-free version.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup or date paste.
- Oat milk gives a creamier texture, but any milk works well.
- Store leftover mixture in the fridge for up to 1 day and stir before serving.
