Description

A creamy and refreshing iced pumpkin spice latte made with real pumpkin and warm spices, perfect for a quick seasonal treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or date paste
  • 1 1/2 cups your favorite milk (such as oat milk)
  • 12 shots espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee (optional)
  • Ice
  • Store-bought cream or homemade coconut whipped cream
  • Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, maple syrup or date paste, milk, and espresso or coffee (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend for 10–15 seconds until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
  4. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, and an extra dash of pumpkin spice if desired.

Notes

  • Use decaf coffee or skip espresso entirely for a caffeine-free version.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup or date paste.
  • Oat milk gives a creamier texture, but any milk works well.
  • Store leftover mixture in the fridge for up to 1 day and stir before serving.
