Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the chopped cooked turkey.
- Add dried cranberries, celery, red onion, and nuts if using.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
