  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the chopped cooked turkey.
  2. Add dried cranberries, celery, red onion, and nuts if using.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture.
