Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan onto the parchment, spacing mounds about 2 inches apart.
- Gently flatten each mound into a thin circle.
