Ingredients

  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 fresh jalapeños, stemmed (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and stem the jalapeños. For a milder sauce, remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. Add Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, jalapeños, garlic, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess if needed.
