Ingredients
- 1½ teaspoon matcha
- ½ cup hot water (176°F (80°C))
- 1 to 2 tablespoons jasmine syrup
- ¾ cup milk
- ice (optional)
Instructions
- Using a fine-mesh strainer, sift the matcha into a small bowl. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously in an M shape until frothy and smooth with no clumps. Set aside.
- Add the jasmine syrup and milk to a glass. Stir to combine.
- Add ice if desired, then pour the prepared matcha over the milk. Stir gently and enjoy.
