Description

Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs are a low-carb, high-fat treat perfect for those following the ketogenic diet. They combine creamy peanut butter, coconut oil, and chocolate for a rich, satisfying snack that helps curb cravings while supporting ketosis.


Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter (sugar-free, creamy)

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir until smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips for a little extra crunch and chocolate flavor.
  4. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds for easy removal.
  5. Spoon the mixture into each compartment, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the fat bombs are solid.
  7. Once set, remove the fat bombs from the molds and store them in an airtight container.
