Ingredients
1 package of King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Bread Rolls
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized pan.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls into halves or quarters, depending on your desired size.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
- Spread the softened butter evenly across the sliced bread.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered bread, making sure each piece is well-coated.
- Arrange the cinnamon-coated bread pieces in the greased pan, stacking them neatly.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the rolls bake, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach a drizzle consistency.
- Once the rolls are out of the oven, drizzle the glaze generously over the warm rolls.
