These Lemon Ginger Turmeric Wellness Shots are a zesty, immune-boosting drink made with fresh ingredients. They’re perfect for a quick health kick and packed with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh turmeric root (or 2 Tbsp ground turmeric)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh ginger root
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water (to blend)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain the mixture into a bowl, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Transfer the juice into a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
  4. Shake well before drinking. Best served chilled.
