Description

A light and refreshing lemon herb yogurt dip made with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and garlic. Perfect as a healthy snack, party dip, or spread for sandwiches and wraps.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, parsley, and chives.
  2. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice to the bowl.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined and smooth.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, or use as a spread or sauce.
