Description
A light and refreshing lemon herb yogurt dip made with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and garlic. Perfect as a healthy snack, party dip, or spread for sandwiches and wraps.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, parsley, and chives.
- Add the lemon zest and lemon juice to the bowl.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir everything together until well combined and smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, or use as a spread or sauce.

- This dip can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
- Feel free to adjust the herbs based on what you have on hand.
- For a thinner consistency, mix in a teaspoon of olive oil or a splash of milk.
