Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Zest the lemon into the bowl of a stand mixer. Cut the lemon in half and juice one half into the bowl. Reserve the remaining half for another use.
- Add the Greek yogurt, honey, and heavy whipping cream to the mixer bowl.
- Using the whisk attachment, start mixing on low speed for 10 to 15 seconds to avoid splashing. Increase to medium-high speed and whisk for several minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy with soft peaks.
- Transfer to serving bowls and top with fresh berries if desired. Serve immediately.
