Description
These Little Debbie Cake Balls are a fun and easy no-bake dessert made with your favorite snack cakes, cream cheese, and candy coating. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a sweet treat anytime!
Ingredients
- 10 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (or other similar snack cakes)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz white almond bark or white chocolate melting wafers
- Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Unwrap the Little Debbie cakes and place them in a large mixing bowl. Break them apart using a spoon or your hands until they are crumbly.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbled cakes and mix until fully combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white almond bark or white chocolate according to the package instructions.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Tap off the excess and place back on the parchment paper.
- Immediately add sprinkles if desired before the coating hardens.
- Let the cake balls set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until the coating is firm.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of Little Debbie snack cakes you like.
- Store cake balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Freezing the balls before dipping helps them hold their shape.
- Use colored candy melts to match a holiday or party theme.
