Description

These Little Debbie Cake Balls are a fun and easy no-bake dessert made with your favorite snack cakes, cream cheese, and candy coating. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a sweet treat anytime!

Ingredients

  • 10 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (or other similar snack cakes)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz white almond bark or white chocolate melting wafers
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the Little Debbie cakes and place them in a large mixing bowl. Break them apart using a spoon or your hands until they are crumbly.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbled cakes and mix until fully combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white almond bark or white chocolate according to the package instructions.
  5. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Tap off the excess and place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Immediately add sprinkles if desired before the coating hardens.
  7. Let the cake balls set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until the coating is firm.

Notes

  • You can use any flavor of Little Debbie snack cakes you like.
  • Store cake balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Freezing the balls before dipping helps them hold their shape.
  • Use colored candy melts to match a holiday or party theme.
