Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, crumbled feta cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped Kalamata olives.
  2. Add the grated garlic, fresh parsley, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and lemon zest.
